How we ship your carpet?
MWCarpets (2025) – Once you place your order, we take it from there. Every carpet is checked once again before packing even though we’ve already checked it during listing we still take a final look to make sure it’s in perfect shape. We pack the carpet carefully, using proper wrapping so it stays protected while traveling. Since handmade carpets are not something you can fold into a tiny box, we use a method that keeps the shape and texture safe. We don’t squash or roll them too tightly.
Delivery time depends on where you’re based. If you’re in Pakistan, your order usually arrives within 3 to 7 working days. For international orders, it may take a little longer anywhere between 7 to 21 days depending on customs and courier processing in your country. We mostly use trusted couriers (Our Links & Connections) that handle fragile and special items. You’ll get a tracking number once your order is shipped so you can keep an eye on where it is.
We currently offer free delivery in Pakistan on all carpets. For international shipping, the charges are calculated based on location and weight but we always keep it reasonable, and we’ll tell you the exact cost before checking out.
If something goes wrong
We’ve been around carpets for a long time, and mistakes are rare, but we’re still human. If the carpet reaches you damaged or it’s not the one you ordered don’t stress. Just let us know within 7 days of receiving it, and send us a few clear pictures of the problem. Once we confirm the issue, we’ll offer you a free return or exchange whichever suits you better.
We don’t cut corners. If it’s our mistake, we’ll cover the return shipping and get things sorted fast. We know it’s not just a product it’s your home, your space, or a gift for someone special.
Types of Delivery
We keep delivery options simple, so you can choose what works best for you. If you’re ordering from within Karachi or outside Pakistan, we try to make sure it reaches you safe and without any hassle.
1. Standard Home Delivery
This is the usual method. Once your order is confirmed, the carpet is packed properly and handed over to a trusted courier. If you’re in Pakistan, it usually takes around 3 to 7 working days. For international orders, it might take 1 to 3 weeks depending on your country and customs. You’ll get a tracking number to follow the parcel while it’s on the way.
2. Local Pickup
If you’re in Karachi and want to save on delivery time, you can pick up your order directly from our pickup point. It’s simple just place your order online, select pickup, and we’ll inform you once it’s ready. Then you can collect it from:

Carpet Returns
Let’s be honest handmade carpets look and feel different in real life than they do in photos. If you receive your carpet and it’s not what you expected, you can return it but we do ask a few things to keep it fair for both sides.
You must send it back within 7 days of receiving it. The carpet should be in the same condition unused, unwashed, and not damaged in any way. Once we get it back and confirm everything’s okay, we’ll process your refund. You’ll get it back through the same method you used to pay.
We don’t offer free returns unless there’s a mistake on our part. If you’re returning a carpet just because you changed your mind or it didn’t match your room, the return shipping cost will be on you. We don’t charge any restocking fees, though no hidden costs or charges.
We recommend using a reliable courier with tracking and insurance when returning, especially if you’re outside Pakistan. That way, if the carpet is lost or damaged in return transit, you can follow up with the courier.
Rug Exchanges
If you love handmade carpets but feel like the one you picked isn’t the right fit, you can exchange it. Just contact us and we’ll help you go through our current stock or let you know what’s coming soon. We’ll hold the new piece for you once your return is confirmed.
We believe in clear communication. If anything’s confusing or you’re unsure about a return or delivery question, just reach out to us we don’t do canned replies. You’ll talk to someone from our small team who actually knows the carpets, not a bot or a call center reading from a script.
At the end of the day, we care about what ends up in your hands. Every carpet we send out carries our name, and we take that seriously.
