We do our best to make sure all product details, descriptions, and images are accurate. However, since our carpets are handmade, some small differences in color, design, or texture may occur. What you receive may look a bit different from the pictures, but we try to keep it as close as possible.
2. Order Confirmation
Once you place an order, you will get a confirmation email with your order details. If there’s any problem with your order, we will contact you directly. Please make sure your address and contact details are correct, as we can’t be responsible for delays or mistakes due to incorrect information.
3. Pricing and Payment
The prices of our carpets are listed on the website and may change from time to time. You will pay the price that is shown when you place your order. We accept payments securely using credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and, if you’re in Karachi, cash on delivery in some areas.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We offer standard shipping to places in Pakistan and other countries. Delivery times vary based on where you live. Local orders usually take 3 to 7 working days, while international orders can take between 7 and 21 days. We’ll send you tracking info once your order is on its way.
If you’re in Karachi, you can pick up your order from our pickup point at Abdullah Haroon Road, Karachi. We’ll let you know when it’s ready to pick up.
5. Returns and Exchanges
We understand that sometimes things don’t work out. You can return your carpet within 7 days of receiving it. The carpet must be in the same condition as when you got it: unused and unwashed. Once we receive the carpet, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method.
If you want to exchange the carpet for another, just get in touch with us within 7 days, and we’ll help you with the exchange. You’ll be responsible for paying return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
6. Cancellations
You can cancel your order before it’s shipped. If the order has already been shipped, you’ll need to follow the return process above. If you want to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible.
7. Damaged or Defective Carpets
If your carpet arrives damaged or defective, let us know within 3 days of receiving it. We’ll either replace it or refund you. Please send us clear pictures of the damage so we can handle it quickly.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
We care about your privacy and will keep your personal information safe. We only use your details to process your order and help you if you need support. We won’t share your personal information with anyone else.
9. Intellectual Property & Liability
All content on this website, like images, logos, text, and designs, belongs to MWCarpets and is protected by law. You can’t use anything from the website without our permission.
While we do everything we can to make sure our carpets are of the highest quality, we can’t be responsible for any issues caused by improper care or use after delivery. Please follow the care instructions to keep your carpet in great condition.
